Student Registration & Admissions module handles registration and admission process of students. In this module we can register the student and from registered process we can choose appropriate candidates for our school. All the incomes generated from students in this module are reflected in all accounting books and reports. Information like his academic details, parents details, other documents details can be stored and retrieved.
The attendance management process is you can take daily attendance of students and can retrieve it any time. Reports about absent students can be generated and even a notification message can be sent to their parents with this attendance management system. Thus, this powerful attendance management provides parents with first hand information about their wards bunking or genuinely taking a day off from school.
The attendance management module can also be used to view attendance reports. While students and parents can view only the concerned student's attendance, teachers have access to the entire class attendance.
In this module we can enter marks of student’s exam wise. It can be retrieved anytime and of any exam. Mark list reports has been shown exam wise and also with graphical representation. It will show us reports by standard wise, division wise or any particular student mark list. Mark list key features are we will get know particular student rank in any subject, class average and section average in that subject and also class highest and section highest.
Grading system is another feature of our system. Grading system may differ school wise so we have configured it in such way that we can change the grading system whenever we want. Grading system has been configured for subjects according to standards. So it makes even more useful for the schools which are having different grading system for different standards.
We have made profile assignment for each and every person who is involve in our system like staff members, students or parents. So it helps to configure our system so that everyone sees only what we have assigned to them. It makes system even more secure because one department will not going to know what happening in other departments.
You can manage news in our school ERP. This is provided by manage news icon in dashboard and latest news is shown on right side of dashboard. We can also see birthday reminder of any student, student parent’s birthday, staff birthday and their anniversaries.
This module is the core of school chartered systems. It can gather financial data from various functional departments, and generates valuable financial reports such as general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and quarterly financial statements.

We have designed material management in such a way that the flow of the material can be tracked at anytime how much material has been provided to every department. We can create one main store from all the materials can be provided to every department of institution. We can also provide sub store for required department s like mess, hostel where sub stores can also maintain records about how much material they have brought from main store. So it makes cross checking possible for every that department.
College library management can turn to a labour-intensive and time consuming activity if not atomized and integrated. Hostel management module designed for a full featured system to efficiently manage the entire residential facility in the institute. Gymkhana department is useful to track the activities in this department like inward and outward, sports materials management, students and staff gymkhana card, all the certificates given by gymkhana departments will be generated by our system and also it will show you previous records of sports events. So it will be useful for storing all this information into system and access it whenever required.
Garden Department is for maintaining the accounting of plants in your campus. Our system will help to maintain the cash accounting as well which are going to spent on garden maintenance.
